Syncall

Privacy policy

Syncall is operated by Inosyt. This policy explains what data the service handles when you use it at https://syncall.in.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. When you connect YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn, we receive access tokens from that platform and the names of the accounts, Pages and channels you choose. We store the videos, photos, titles and captions you upload until they are published.

How we use it

We use this data only to publish the posts you create to the accounts you connected, at the time you choose, and to show you the result. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the platforms you publish to.

Google user data

Syncall's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube features use YouTube API Services; see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Storage and security

Platform access tokens are encrypted at rest. Uploaded media is deleted from our server after it is published to every selected platform. Data is kept only while your account exists.

Your choices

You can disconnect any platform in the dashboard at any time, and revoke access from the platform itself (Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions; Facebook: Settings, Business integrations; LinkedIn: Settings, Data privacy, Permitted services). You can delete your account and all its data from the dashboard; see data deletion.
